Music!

I will pretty much listen to anything (besides from country) music wise, and it's very easy for me to get interested in a band or genre! Some of my favorite genres are:

indie rock
indie music in general
breakcore
electronic/EDM
techno
nightcore
vocaloid (tho my vocaloid knowledge is limited)
poppy and energenic?
japanese music in general (but mostly j-indie rock)

I would like to yap about some of my favorite music artists some more on this page! Though if you're too lazy, just look at my Spotify! (I have 60 playlists and counting oh god (I make playlists when I get bored of my old one, but I don't have the heart to delete any of them)(this is an extremely bad habit)(but oh well))

If you're wondering why this page isn't finished, I got bored and stuck and did not want to work on this stupid page anymore (coming up with descriptions on why I like smth takes brain power which I do not have). I will finish this later.

Music Artists

I'm not listing EVERY single of my favorite artists cause then we would be here all day, but here's a couple of music artists that I think about a lot <3 (some of theses guys' songs were put in animation memes because I used to be an animation meme kid...)

Gorillaz

I got into Gorillaz in Feb 2024! Gorillaz is still making music and they've never gotten stale! Gorillaz is sorta indie rock but also experiments with other genres. If I had to really choose phases I like it'd probably be Phase 1 and Phase 2 (I wish I was born around that era).

Lemon Demon

I have not heard another artist sound like Lemon Demon before, it's so creative! It's so experimental and funky that it's hard to put into words! A huge inspo for music I wanna make. Indie music at it's peak.

Jack Stauber

Ok, maybe I lied about about Lemon Demon being indie music at it's peak. Because Jack Stauber takes that cake too. Jack's singing voice is something that makes his music so unique, like if someone made a cover of one of his songs it wouldn't sound the same. His music can be catoregized as micropop, similar to pop but not quite!

Mindless Self Indulgence

MSI is a guilty pleasure of mine. I don't support them directly (their list of controversies is longggg) but their music just sounds good to me. Its a mix of rock with some techno. The best way to listen to MSI is to listen to it on Youtube in a fan playlist/upload than from their youtube channel so that you don't give them money! I'm planning on moving my MSI Spotify playlist on Soundlcoud instead so I don't support them on Spotify @-@

PinkPantheress

PinkPantheress is littered all over my website (she is in fact not littered all over my website anymore 💔), so no wonder she's on this page. Her music just fits my vibe yaknow? <3 Also wanna make music that sort of sounds like PinkPantheress a bit.

Nirvana

I got into Nirvana recently, but their popularity shouldn't be underestimated, and I definitely see the hype. I like the most how Kurt Cobain is a left-handed guitarist, which gives me a lot of inspiration when I practice guitar :D
